Types of Work
Our work splits across residential, equestrian and commercial property, and the three are genuinely different jobs rather than the same fence at different scales.
Cedar & vinyl privacy fence
Six-foot rear-line privacy fence is the majority of our residential work — board-on-board and shadowbox in western red cedar, and solid tongue-and-groove in co-extruded vinyl. Chester County borough lots and Delaware County developments in roughly equal measure.
Aluminum & ornamental frontage
Powder-coated aluminum for perimeter definition, estate frontage and driveway entries — the material that carries the most search demand in our territory and the one we install most often on Main Line property.
Code-compliant pool barriers
Flat-top aluminum enclosures built to the pool barrier provisions the governing municipality enforces, with self-closing self-latching gate hardware, walked against the requirement before the inspector arrives.
Ranch & horse fencing
Three-board and four-board frontage runs, no-climb woven mesh paddock fencing and flexible rail through the Brandywine horse country around Unionville, Chadds Ford and Mendenhall.
Commercial & HOA work
Site security and screening fencing, dumpster and mechanical enclosures, and access-controlled drive gates for property managers and HOA boards along the Route 202 and Great Valley corridors.
Retention basin enclosures
Chain link and vinyl-coated enclosures for stormwater facilities, built to the specification in the recorded stormwater agreement, with maintenance access gates sized for the equipment that services the basin.
