Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We prepare and file the township or borough permit application and, where the property is in a homeowners association, the architectural review submission as well. Both are part of the installation rather than an extra service, and we file them in parallel so their independent timelines do not compound.
The municipal application typically needs a plot plan showing the fence line relative to the property boundaries, the specification, gate locations and the fee. The HOA submission usually needs the same drawings plus a manufacturer cut sheet or photograph of the exact style, existing-condition photographs, and in some communities written acknowledgement from adjoining neighbours.
Where the HOA standard and the township ordinance conflict, we build to the more restrictive of the two.
